Terry has been a valuable member of Dr. Palermo & Associates since joining our team in 2003. Terry brings with him experience in all facets of opticianry. Based on this experience as an optician (bench & dispensing) manager, & regional supervisor, the responsibilities of consulting an optometric office have been a welcomed challenge for him. The interactions that he has had with patients, co-workers, and suppliers has re-enforced the desire within to provide effective, affordable, and professional care to each and every patient.

Faye has been a valuable member of Dr. Palermo & Associates since joining our team in 1992.

Faye, our lead optician, possesses that “magic touch" in adjusting eye wear to produce the best fit possible for comfort, lifestyle and fashion.

Krystyna has been a valuable member of Dr. Palermo & Associates since re-joining our team in 2002.

Professionally trained in many aspects of Opticianry, she truly gives new meaning to the word "Multi-Tasking".

A dedicated trooper, she lends her expertise to any situation that requires her specific talents, education and experience.

Kimmy has been a valuable member of Dr. Palermo & Associates since joining our team.

Kimmy's specialty is providing valuable patient information during their exams.

As a ophthalmic technician her priority is to provide insightful findings during pre-testing, Optomaps, Visual Fields and Topographies.

Joan has been a valuable member of Dr. Palermo & Associates since joining our team in 1991. Joan strives to be educated above and beyond the accepted requirements for an optician, by annually participating in CE courses for opticianry.

By emphasizing higher education in her chosen field, Joan has reinforced our belief that patient care is truly her calling. She is considered one of the friendliest and able opticians on our team, and because of her caring personality, be you a co-worker or patient, she is an absolute joy to work with.

Debbie has been a valuable member of Dr. Palermo & Associates since joining our team. Debbie's manner conveys confidence, interest and warmth. She knows how to smile over the phone and how to make your visit to Palermo & Associates Eyecare Center a positive experience.

Her job runs the gamut: check patients in and out, schedule appointments, collect money, enter information into the computer, file, photocopy, answer an unending stream of phone calls and, of course, help patients. She does this and more. "I would have a hard time replacing her" Dr. Palermo explained.
